We hope that you are delighted with your jewellery, but if you are not satisfied items can be refunded or exchanged within 14 days of receipt, items must be unworn and in their original condition, with packaging.  Please note; unless faulty, we do not offer refunds for bespoke items.

When returning or exchanging items please return them to us with a trackable courier, such as Royal Mail special delivery. Little Joy Jewellery is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit when refunding or exchanging. Please include a note with your name and order number and once we receive your returned item, providing it is unworn and with the original packaging, your account will be credited for the products amount or exchanged.

To arrange a refund or exchange please first contact us on littlejoyjeweller@gmail.com stating your item, order number and name address and contact details, this must be within 14 days of receipt.

Please note for hygiene reasons earrings cannot be refunded or exchanged, unless faulty.

We do not refund shipping charges on refunded or exchanged items, unless deemed faulty.
